Protective Style does NOT mean you don’t have to care for your hair while you have it. Protective styles help you care for your hair and help retain length by reducing daily manipulation and minimizing breakage.

Our youth services are designed to encourage healthy hair habits while providing age-appropriate protective styles.

Children must be able to comfortably sit through their scheduled appointment. If it becomes too stressful for the child, we may have to alter the service results. Full payment of the service booked is still required.

Please arrive on time with your hair prepared according to the service instructions listed in your confirmation email.

To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that only the scheduled guest attend the appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. We do offer complimentary child care during your service for children 6 months old to 12 years old.

Small snacks and drinks are welcome. Please avoid messy and smelly foods that could interfere with your service or other guest.

We accept major credit cards, tap, and other payment methods available through our booking system. We accept cash but do not give change.

Due to the nature of salon services, all completed services are final. If you have concerns about your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make every reasonable effort to address them.
